Realtime analytics and reporting
A web application for the Australian Department of Employment monitoring the health of internal IT systems that alerted teams across the department of any real time system failures and severity 1 incidents. Data and analytical reporting was also a key feature and tool for monitoring and diagnosis.

Lead consultant.
Designed of the application, from UX, UI to VisD. Project managed the timeline and deliverables of the project and performed business analysis to define and gather project requirements.
Key tasks

Elicited business and user requirements through stakeholder interviews, user walkthroughs, design participation studies and collaborative design sessions.

Produced wireframes to detail and depict user journeys and the design of product features

Led the design from wireframes through to the final visual design.
